KONA KAYAKS IS OPEN 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EVERY DAY
We are ON the water, no need to rent elsewhere and haul a kayak or SUP down!

Kayaks and equipment are inspected and cleaned daily, life jackets are provided and required for everyone, also comes with paddles, backrests, bow or stern rope, and a dry bag.
SUPs comes with paddle, foot leash , life jackets recommend but not required.
The safety of our clients are very important to us, so our equipment is cleaned and inspected after every use. We provide quality products to ensure you have a wonderful experience.
Service Standards
All of our valued guests receive detailed directions, safety instruction and a full orientation.
The following safety equipment is provided: safety vest, dry bags, paddles, seat backrest and an attendant to help you get in and out of the kayaks at the departure site.
WHEN YOU COME
Bring bottled water, towels, proper footwear, hat/cap, sunglasses w/ straps to prevent loss, waterproof cameras, sunscreen or sun protective clothing if you have sensitive skin.
Self guided kayaks are NOT permitted to land at the Captain Cook Monument.
Don't chase the dolphins! it is against the law to encroach and harass these precious creatures of the sea. Enjoy them from an acceptable distance. They may come fairly close to you but let it be their choice, and when they choose to swim away let them.
Fines can be up to $10,000 for harassment of dolphins, whales, and turtles.
Pay special attention to the coral: don't stand on the coral, as they damage easily, and take many years to grow.
If you see trash floating please pick it up and bring it back to us for proper disposal.
